Visible Image Stamps & Stencils, Wow Embossing Powder, Decoart Fluid Acrylics & Pebeo Dyna paints.

Hi there,

It's Fabulous Friday, and today I'm sharing a grey-board heart, decorated with some fantastic 'Visible Image' products.

The stamps I used on this piece were.......
the wonderful Hummingbird set 'Life is Beautiful',
along with one of the super sentiments from the 'So much Stronger' set,
I also used some stamps in the background, the small circles from 'Shape it Up', and of course the fabulous extra stamp that comes in the 'Life is Beautiful' set,
the superb 'Geometric Maze' stencil, was the main part of the background too.

I primed the heart with some white gesso, then with my brayer added random bits of pink and orange paint, until I was happy with the look. I stamped the background stamps with Turquoise paint and also some with white gesso. Then I added my stencil, and pasted through it with some Cosmic Shimmer Gold paste, when this was dry, I used a Black pen to add shadows to the raised design.

On a piece of heat resistant acetate, I stamped the Hummingbird with Versamark, and heat embossed with Black embossing powder, and fussy cut it. I then flipped it over and painted it on the reverse, with the Dyna paints. While it was drying, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment onto white card, cut it out and coloured it with Distress inks. I used some silk ribbon for the top, after I'd coloured it with Distress inks.

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Pebeo Acrylic paint, Cosmic Shimmer Translucent Paste & Versafine Ink.

Hello,

It's Fabulous Friday, and I'm here to share a project I've made, using some awesome Visible Image products. You may have seen that it was Mark Alexander's 50th Birthday a few days ago, he is the owner and designer of Visible Image Stamps Ltd., this is the canvas/plaque/card I made for him.

Mark's favourite film is Stephen Kings 'IT', and it was the inspiration for his Destination Unknown stamp set, so I had to use it, I also used the fabulous Alphabetical for the numbers and Mark, the Go To Words for Happy Birthday, and I also used the Fibres stencil.

The background is a canvas, which I primed with some white gesso, then using my brayer. and some acrylic paints, I randomly added some colour to the canvas, when it was dry I placed the stencil over the top, and added some translucent paste through it with a palette knife, again leave to dry. I then highlighted some of the stencil marks with a white pen, and other parts with some florescent green paint, I added some micro beads here and there.

On a separate piece of card, I stamped the boats, each size 3 times, I also stamped the sentiments, numbers and name too, using Versafine Black ink. I fussy cut everything, decoupaging the boats, gluing them all to the canvas where I wanted them to sit, with some 3D glue gel. When it was all dry, I put some extra thick white paste under each boat, and in other random places, and sprinkled glitter on it whilst it was still wet. I then mounted it onto some black and white mount board. To finish it, I cut out a balloon shape, coloured it red, added some glossy accents, and put some highlights on it. And of course I had to add the trade-mark Clowns sinister nose & smile to it too !!!!

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Distress Inks & Versafine Clair Inks.

Hi there,
It's Fabulous Friday, so my day to share something I've created with some awesome 'Visible Image' products, I have wanted to put a crown on a skull for some time now, lol, I finally got around to it ......

The 'Visible Image' stamps I used were.....

I started off with an old piece of printed paper, which was destined for the bin, but I thought that was a bit wasteful, so I  stamped the large skull, the full skeleton and one of the sideways facing skulls, using Versafine Clair inks in 'Bluebelle', and 'Charming Pink', I also made masks for them using some post-it notes. Putting the masks in place I lightly blended my Distress inks, Mustard Seed, Salty Ocean and Picked Raspberry, randomly over it, then stamped the Elemental stamp with Versafine Clair 'Cheerful' I put the stencil on top and blended through it with Salty Ocean, the drips were achieved by mixing Distress Inks with water, and dripping down with a pipette.

I added the 'Voices in your head' sentiment, and added a few star bursts from the 'Rays of Light' set. I added a bit of shading before I removed the masks. On a piece of white card, I stamped and fussy cut the 'Queen' sentiment, I also stamped the crown, masked it, and stamped the skull on top, fussy cut and coloured the crown.

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Distress Inks & Versafine Clair Inks.

Hello there,

It's Fabulous Friday and I hope you are all well.
You may know, that the proprietors of 'Visible Image', (Helen and Mark Alexander), had their 3rd wedding Anniversary this week, this is the card I made for them, using some of their awesome stamps and stencils.

The stamps I used were In your HandsAlphabetical, and Scripted Streets,
and the stencils I used were  Collision and Stars & Stripes.

I started the background using some Distress Ink re-inkers, Mustard Seed, Salty Ocean, and Picked Raspberry, putting a couple of drops onto my mat, one colour at a time, spritzing with a little water, then gently dipping the white card into it, until I had achieved the colours I wanted. I then stamped randomly with the Script stamp, using some Blue Versamark Clair ink, on top of this I placed the Collision Stencil, and randomly blended through it with a light layer of Salty Ocean Distress ink, then some Mustard Seed in other places.

Using just the Stars of the 'Stars and Stripes' Stencil, with a palette knife, I added some translucent embossing paste, adding stars to the whole of the background, when it was dry, I dabbed some silver holographic gilding flake, so it stuck in places.
On a separate piece of white card, I stamped the hands, one using a combination of Summertime and Charming Pink, and on the other a combination of Warm Breeze and Paradise ( all Versafine Clair Inks ) and fussy cut them, gluing them to some black card, and fussy cutting again. I stamped the sentiment with Black ink, and again fussy cut. I stamped the 'Happy anniversary' sentiment, using the incredibly useful 'Alphabetical stamp set'.
To finish off, I adhered all the elements to the background using 3D glue gel, and added some eyelashes with a pen to the pink hand, and Glossy Accents to both eyes.

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Distress & Oxide Inks, Kuretake Clean Colour pens & Glossy Accents

Hello,

It's fabulous Friday again, and time for me to share some more 'Visible Image' Wonderland projects. This week it's the turn of

I also used the 'Count Me In' stencil in the background, and I used Candid Apple Distress ink through it. I die cut a circle, and blended it with Salty Ocean, and Blueprint Sketch distress inks, then used the number stamps in the set, and stamped randomly with black Versafine ink, then added the Tick Tock words.
I stamped and coloured the fabulous Rabbit ( my fave character ), on a piece of stamping card, coloured him in with Zigg Clean Colour pens, and fussy cut him. I added him to the card, using 3D glue gel, for dimension, and stamped and cut out the sentiment, I used Glossy Accents in places to make him pop.

On the background for the Mad Hatter, I blended some Twisted Citron Distress Ink onto a piece of card, then placed the 'Strobes' stencil on, and blended through it with Picked Raspberry. I then stamped with the 'Ha Ha' and some Wilted Violet Oxide Ink. Again I stamped and coloured the images as before, and fussy cut, using 3D Glue Gel to raise him off the card.
