Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Distress Inks, Oxide Inks, Zig Clean Colour pens & Glossy Accents.

Hello there,

It's Fabulous Friday, so time for some more awesome 'Visible Image' Wonderland characters. Today it's the turn of TweedleDum and TweedleDee, and The Cheshire Cat.

The background for the Twins was created using Oxide Inks. The images were stamped with Versafine black ink and  coloured them with watercolour brush pens, I added some glossy accents on the buttons and shoes, fussy cut them, and added them to the card with 3D glue gel, to give dimension.

As well as The Cheshire cat, I used the superb 'Count me in' stencil. I used Distress ink through the stencil, then stamped the fish, scratch marks and sentiment with Versafine black ink. I stamped the Cat onto a separate piece of card, coloured him in and fussy cut him, again I used 3D glue gel, to raise him off the background.

Visible Image Stamps & Stencils, Zig Clean Colour Pens & Distress Inks.

Hellooooo again,

It's Fabulous Friday, and time for me to share some Visible Image inspiration.

Have you heard the exciting news, Visible Image are releasing the updated, very popular Wonderland stamps. In the set are Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, Tweedle Dum & Tweedle Dee, The Cheshire Cat, and a brand new addition to the awesome family, The Caterpillar. There are also a couple of new stencils, Tea Party and Dark Hearts, designed to compliment all the stamps.
I am lucky to be the first DT member to showcase a couple of cards I've made, using Alice and The Caterpillar.

As well as the Alice set of stamps, I used a couple of stencils,
I used Distress Inks through the stencils for the background, and all the images were coloured with Zig Clean Colour Pens, and fussy cut.

I also used the Time Tunnel stencil on the background of this card, with Pixie Powders, and spritzed with water.

All the new stamps sets and stencils are on pre-order, from today, Friday 20th July, check them out 'Here', they will be released on the 1st August.

Lavinia Fairy Dream Catcher.

Hi there,

Have you seen the newest product in 'Lavinia's' ever growing range, it's a beautiful MDF 'Fairy Dream Catcher', I was lucky enough to get my hands on one, plus some of the gorgeous 'Tassles', and had a go......

It was very easy to make, I used some Imagination Craft Starlight paints to colour the MDF, and then just added a few beads onto the tassles, don't you just love it, there are various designs to choose from, and would make a beautiful keepsake, or a present for someone you love.

I also used the fabulous Feather stamp, on the MDF feathers that are in the kit.

Lavinia Stamps, Versafine Ink, Clean Colour Pens & Stickles.

Hi there,
The July Lavinia Creative Challenge  started at the beginning of the Month, the theme this time is 'Childhood Dreams', for a chance of winning a fabulous £40 voucher to spend on goodies from the web shop, you need to get inking to get your entries in.

Because I was going on my holidays, and did'nt have a lot of time to make these samples, I fell back onto some awesome Lavinia Scene-scape backgrounds to stamp onto, they make cardmaking so easy.

So, the products I used on this card were.........

I stamped all the images with Vesafine Black ink, then coloured the Hive image, with some watercolour pens, I then used liquid pearls to add detail to the trees, and Stickles for the Fairy wings.

On this card I used.......

I stamped the main image, the fairies and the mouse with black Versafine ink, and stamped the ivy with green Versafine ink, coloured the house with watercolour pens, and then used Stickles and glitter to add dimension.

Thanks for dropping in, hugs, Pauline xxxxx

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Pebeo Dyna Paints, Distress Inks, and Wow EP.

Hi there,

I am back from my wonderful relaxing holiday, the weather just couldn't have been any better, I just wish I was still there, lol, but life must go on !!!!
It's Fabulous Friday , and time for me to share something I've made using some of the awesome Visible Image products. It was Helen's birthday (Mrs Visible Image) a couple of weeks ago, and this was the card I made her.......

The stamps I used on this card were......
Life is Beautiful, which is the hummingbird and the sentiment, and some background stamping, I made the flowers from the Visometry set, the circles from the Shape it Up set, and the Strobes Stencil.

I started by colouring the card with Mustard Seed Distress ink, then lay the stencil over the top, and blended through it with Picked Raspberry Distress ink. I then stamped the Hummingbird using Versafine Black ink, and randomly stamped the circles using Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink.

I then stamped the Hummingbird again on a separate piece of card, again using Versafine Black ink, and using Pebeo Dyna paints, with 4 or 5 colours, I painted over the image, shading where it needed to be. When it was dry, I fussy cut it.
I stamped out the flowers in different sizes, coloured them in using some Sparkle Pens, then fussy cut them, layering up the sizes using 3D glue gel, to give dimension, and attached them to the card using 3D glue gel, cutting them to fit the card, I then added the painted Hummingbird. I stamped the sentiment onto some painted card, with Versamark, and heat embossed it with Wow Primary Parma Velvet.
