Visible Image, Distress inks, Wow embossing powders, Whispers watercolour pens, Stickles.

Hi there,

Just popping in to share some of my creations, which were made using the fantastic new 'More than Words' stamp sets by Visible Image.

You may have seen them being aired on Create and Craft last week, the stamps were a total sell out, so very popular.
The sentiments were written by the lovely Helen Michelle, so are totally unique, the stamps came out of the imagination of Mark Alexander, and also made by his fair hand, total dedication from the awesome duo who own and run the Visible Image Company.

There are six sentiments sets, Wedding Day, Happy Birthday, Thinking of You, Congratulations, Thank you, and With Sympathy.
As you can see, there are so many ways you can use these very useful stamp sets.

Take a look at the Visible Image Facebook group HERE, there is always something going on.

Thank you so much for visiting, I'll be back again soon for the start of the new March Challenge.

Hugs, Pauline xxxx

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, Glossy Accents, Wow Embossing Powders, Promarkers.

Hi there,

I have very exciting news this week,
Visible Image Stamps are on Create & Craft, tomorrow Saturday 22nd February at 10am and 4pm. Mark Alexander, will be  showing fantastic, brand new stamp sets, that he has designed, with sentiments written by his partner, the lovely Helen Michelle.
Some of my projects using the new stamps will be shown, so I'm a little bit star struck, lol !!!

Here is a sneaky peek of 3 of them.......

The first one is from the new ''More than Words' sets,
I used Distress inks for the background, stamped the sentiment in Black Versafine ink,
coloured some more card, an stamped the flower several times using Versamark and heat embossed using clear powder.

I stamped the Grunge Flourish again using Black Versafine, fussy cut all the flowers, attached them with silicone gel, and added a black gem to the middles.

The second is the 'Debonair Bradley Set', again using Distress inks, I coloured and stamped the background, I made a table and a frame from card, and sketched the wood effect on them. Behind the frame I added a piece of card stamped with the car.

I stamped the cocktails, key ring and sunglasses, and fussy cut them. Stamped Bradley, coloured him with Promarkers, and also fussy cut him. His sentiment, also in the set, was stamped onto blue shrink plastic.

And for the gorgeous 'Elegant Emma Set', I found a paper mache frame, painted it, brushed it with Treasure Gold wax, made flowers from the 'Butterfly' and the 'Large Butterfly' after I had stamped and heat embossed them in silver, added some foliage from a die, and a few beads.
The sentiment, also in the set, was stamped, heat embossed in silver and added to the frame.

Emma was stamped in Memento ink and coloured with Promarkers, I fussy cut her, dressed her in a dress cut from glittered paper, made a veil from some sparkly tulle, and popped her on a stamped and coloured background, using the extra stamps in the set.

I hope you like what you see, the new stamps are very versatile, tune into Create and Craft to see more fabulous DT work.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks & Wow embossing powder.

Hello,

It's Fabulous Friday, and my turn to share one of my creations, using some of fantastic stamps that Visible Image have to offer.

I used the lovely 'Immortal Love' set for this card,

Firstly, I created a background using distress inks, and spritzed it with water, then stamped with the small brocade at the bottom, and the sentiment at the top right. On a separate piece of card, I stamped the smaller rose twice, the larger rose once, then using Embossing ink and heat embossed using white powder. I then painted the insides of the roses, again using Distress ink, and fussy cut them, before attaching them to the  card, I lined them up and stamped the barbed wire stalks.

Have you been and checked out the Challenge yet.... HERE, by using at least one Visible image stamp, to make a project with a Love theme, you could win a £20 prize voucher to spend on new stamps. If you haven't got a blog and want to enter, don't worry, just pop a piccy in the Facebook Group, stating it's a Challenge entry.....HERE.

Visible Image Stamps will be on Create & Craft on Saturday 22nd February, at 10 am and again at 4 pm, where some fabulous new set of stamps will be aired.

Here are my two DT creations using Blue and Lilac.......

My first, is a little scene, created using the following stamps...
Zen Tall Mushrooms, Dandelions, Birds, and Field Grass,
which can all be seen HERE.

Using Distress inks, I created the background, I stamped everything, then using Inktense pencils and a water brush, I coloured in the mushrooms,
and added loads of Stickles to finish.

My second card uses only two stamps...
Chinese Lantern and Zentangle Angelic Words,
which can be seen HERE.

I stamped the words using Embossing ink and clear powder, and heat embossed. Using Distress inks, I shaded the whole piece of card, then buffed the ink off the words. I stamped the Chinese Lanterns, once on the inked card, and once on a white piece. I coloured the lanterns with Inktense pencils and a water brush, fussy cut them, and attached them with glue gel, then added stickles.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, Promarkers & Stickles

Hi there,

I'm back again, this time with the details of my DT makes for the new
which starts today 1st February 2014, the theme is 'Love'.

The stamps I used on my first card are....

I started with a piece of card, and made a boarder using the small damask stamp, and Distress inks. I then created the background, again using Distress inks, stamping the castle, and trees to make a scene, filling in drive and grass with a small piece of cut and dry. I added the blossom and poppies with acrylic paint.

I stamped Bradley and Emma onto a separate piece of card, and coloured them with Promarkers, fussy cut them, and added them to the scene to give a bit more dimension. I stamped the 'Once upon a Time', fussy cut it and added it, and the 'Immortal Love' is on shrink plastic.

Most of you will know by now, that the lovely Sue Ashcroft, one of my fellow Design Team members, got married on Thursday, this is the card I made for her and her new Husband Steve, their theme was Black, White and red. Unfortunately, due to our blessed mail service, they are yet to see it.
Sue and Steve, Congratulations and I wish you both, a life full of happiness.

The stamps I used are....
and the small damask stamp from the Immortal Love.

I stamped the sentiment, and cut it out using a heart die, added pleated ribbon around the edges. I stamped the lower portion of cad with the small damask stamp, and added pleated ribbon to the top.

The flowers are made from the wings of the butterflies, 3 small and 1 large, coated with stickles with a gem in the centre. I also added  some black foliage.

Don't forget to enter the Challenge, you could win £20 to spend on new stamps, but make sure you actually use a Visible Image stamp, and no digi's. See the DT inspiration and read the rules HERE.

Take a look at the Face book group HERE.

Thank you for visiting, please leave me a comment, I love to know what you think of my creations.

Take care, hugs, Pauline xxxx
