Visible Image Stamps, Distress Inks, Wow Embossing Powders, & Stickles.

Hello,

It's Fab Friday again, so another make from me, using some awesome Visible Image stamps.

The stamps I've used on this card are......
Stay Wild, and the birds from Learn to Fly Again.

I started with a piece of smooth white card, and stamped the fabulous horse, with a Versamark pad, I then sprinkled Wow Primary Ebony onto the horses face and leg, then Wow Earthtone Blueberry, midway down, then Wow Earthtone Grape at the bottom, then over the top, I sprinkled Wow Opaque Primary Azure, and heated them.

I then got out my Distress Inks, and with water and a paintbrush, I painted the sea around the horse, using some white ink for the waves.
I added a Moon/ Sun mask, (made with a punch and a post-it note) and with my blending tools, I created the sky, taking away the mask, and adding some colour in the the Sun.
I created the clouds, again using some white ink, water and a paintbrush.

Taking the Bird stamp, and some Versamark, I stamped, and again sprinkled the Embossing Powders to mimic the horse, and heated.
I used some Stardust Stickles, to the birds and the horse. I stamped my chosen sentiment onto some blue card, and heat embossed with Primary Ebony. I also used a white pen, to highlight here and there.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress Oxide Inks, Wow Embossing powders, and Heat resistant acetate.

Hi there,

I'm here again, it's Fabulous Friday, for some more Visible Image fun, a card I've made using some of their awesome stamps.

The stamps I used were.....

The back ground was achieved, using some Oxide inks, putting the ink onto my mat, spritzing with water, then gently placing the card on top.
I then stamped the doorway, the spiral clock, and the two words from 'Ahead of our time', again using Oxide inks.
I cut a piece of heat resistant acetate, the same size as my background card, using Versamark, I stamped the cracked glass from 'How Fragile', and used silver embossing powder, and heated, I then cut out the centre crack of the acetate On a smaller piece of acetate, I stamped the birds, and heat embossed with Black EP, and fussy cut.
On a separate piece of card, I stamped the two people, using Versamark, heat embossed with Black powder, and fussy cut them, yes I know, I'm mad, lol !!!!
I used black card for the sentiment, again heat embossing with Silver EP.

Using Glue, I adhered the lady to the backing card, then raised the acetate with a good dollop of 3D glue gel, and positioned on the card, using some brads with the legs cut off, I added them to hide the glue in each corner. I positioned the birds so's the are flying out of the hole in the glass, and put the man, and the sentiment, on the outside of the acetate.

Visible Image Stamps and Stencils, Decoart Fluid Acrylics, Pebeo Dyna Paints & Wow Embossing Powders.

Hello, and Happy New Year,
I hope you all have a tremendous Christmas, mine was quiet and relaxed, with a little bit of messy crafting.

So I'm back to kick off 2019, with a mixed media project I've made, using some awesome Visible Image products available. The grey board heart was from my stash.

The stamps I used on this heart were........
The large circles from Shape it up, the small circles from The Ripple Effect, the Mushroom from The Caterpillar, the moth and the light bulbs from Glimmer of Light, and the sentiment from Shining Bright. The stencil I used was Distorted Chess.

I used some Decoart fluid acrylic paint and some Dyna acrylic paints on the heart, building up the background, and then stamping with some of the background stamps, then put the stencil on the top, and went through with gold paste. Then using Blue/Black Pebeo Dyna paint, I covered the gold paste, but rubbing back some of it to allow the gold to shine through.
I stamped the mushroom onto white card, also the light bulbs, fussy cut them, then coloured them all, using watercolour pens.

I stamped the moth onto heat resistant acetate using Versamark, then used Wow Black embossing powder. I coloured the moth on the reverse side, again using the Pebeo Dyna paints, and fussy cut. On a piece of black card, I coated it with the Pebeo Blue/Black paint, then chose the words I wanted to use, stamped them in Versamark, and heat embossed using Wow Florescent Blue.
