Hi again,
I'm back with more DT work, this time for lovely Lavinia Stamps.
It is the start of the August Challenge, the theme is 'Add some Glitter'.
Here are two cards to hopefully inspire you......
The stamp's used for this 6"x 6" card are.. Spring Trees, Tree scene and Birds.
A very simple card, I stamped using Black Archival ink, then sprinkled Brusho crystal paints in areas, then spritzed with water, when it was dry......
I added stickles for the glittery effect.
The stamps I used on my second 6"x 6" card, are.... Trees, Willow, Creeping Vine, Lavender, Witches Cat and the Dragonfly from Bugs.
I put a moon mask on the background, blended Distress inks, and stamped, again using Distress inks.
And of course Stickles for the glitter.
I hope you'll enter the Lavinia August Challenge, as I said before, the theme is an easy one, 'Add some Glitter', and of course there is that fantastic prize of a £40 voucher up for grabs.
If you click on the link, you will also be able to see the wonderful projects that the DT have made.
Thank you for visiting,
Hugs Pauline xxxx

2 great cards.. Think I may have to put a hole in my brusho pots.. I've been sprinkling with a spoon and it clumps which was frustrating.. I love yours.. Will go have a play later.. I do love a tree lol Px

Two absolutely gorgeous cards, Pauline! The Brusho one especially is stunning, that background technique works so well with trees, doesn't it? I love the effect of the stickles too.

Fabulous cards Pauline. I specially loved the one with the Spring Trees but how did you manage to get the Brusho paints to stay like that? I have tried several times but the end result is nothing like yours!!!! Di xxx
