Lavinia Stamps, Distress Inks, and Stickles

Hi again,

I'm back to tell you that the May Lavinia Stamps Challenge has started today, so get those stamps out and enter. The theme this month is 'Pretty in Pink or Blue', now I know what you're going to say, all 3 of my my inspiration cards have both pink and blue in them, that's because I couldn't decide which colour to choose, lol !!!! So here they are...........

The stamps I used on the first one are......

The background is Distress inks, blended from light in the middle to dark around the edges, and stamped again using Distress inks, with Stickles added.

The stamps used on the next card are......

Again I used Distress inks for everything, and of course Stickles !!!

And the stamps used in the last one are......

I created a scene using Distress inks, and a moon mask, I stamped the Blossom trees using black versafine, then using thick bleach, bleached out the flowers. I stamped everything else with black ink, then used Stickles as a colouring medium.

All the Challenge details can be found HERE, enter for a chance to win a whopping £40 to spend in the Lavinia on-line shop, email entries are also accepted, if you are not a blog user.

Thanks for visiting,

Hugs, Pauline xxxxxxx

  6. Loving these, and the colour combinations are glorious! And why have I never thought to use the Willow stamp that way?! - I always have it hanging down, but you've shown that it makes for very good foliage growing up too!
    Thanks for the inspiration
