Visible Image Stamps, Distress Inks, Wow Embossing powder, Stickles & Glitter.

Hellooooo,

I hope you have all survived the wrath of 'Doris' yesterday,
as one of my friends commented,
if we can find out where she lives, we can issue her with all the claim forms for  the damage she caused, whilst flying around on her broomstick !!!!

I've used another of those awesome new 'Visible Image' Stamp sets for my share for this week, the beautiful 'Born to Perform' set.

I have kept it quite plain, as I wanted the ballerina to really stand out, so I stamped the image using Versamark, and heat embossed it using black embossing powder, then just using a couple of colours of Distress ink, I blended them around her. I added the stars and the sentiments, again heat embossing with black.

Then came the fun bit, blinging it up, lol..... Stardust Stickles inside the stars, and on top of the Tutu, whilst the Stickles are still wet, I added soome different coloured glitters.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, and Wow Embossing Powder.

Hello,
It's fabulous Friday again, and my turn to share a creation using some if the awesome new stamp sets from Visible Image Stamps.
I've used a couple of sets on this card......

I am totally in love with the Curios Cats set, such a gorgeous face..... anyway, I decided to make a scene background, using Distress Inks, I blended the ink, added a couple of trees from the 'Create It' set, and used the ends of the whiskers for the grass. I stamped the two small cats in the foreground, using Black Versafine, then stamped the pussy's face and the sentiment with Versamark, and heat embossed using Black Glint Embossing powder by Wow.
I bleached out the eyes and nose, and coloured them with Distress inks.
Lastly I added a bit of contour to the face, using a pencil.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress Inks, Wow EP, and Stickles.

Hi there,

Another week has passed, does it go quickly or is it just me, lol !!!!
It's Fabulous Friday, and I'm here again to share a card I've made using some of the awesome new Stamp sets available from 'Visible Image', they really are fresh and exciting.

So today I'm sharing a card made using......
Face It, the sentiment is from Own It, the stars are from Born to Perform, and the paw print is from Curious Cats.

I created the background using Distress Inks, stamping the ink pad onto my glass mat, one colour at a time, spritzing with a little water, then gently tapping the card into the mixture, then drying it. I continued doing this with as many colours as I wanted, until I'd achieved a background I was happy with.
After drying it, I stamped the face masking off one eye, using Versamark, then heat embossing with Wow Black glint embossing powder. Then I stamped one closed eye, lining it up, and also heat embossing it.

I then stamped the other elements, except for the paw print, again using Versamark, and heat embossing with the Black Glint powder. The paw print was stamped using Wilted Violet Distress Ink, I also used this ink with a paintbrush for the eye liner, and the lips. To finish off I used Lilac Stickles for the eyes, and Stardust Stickles on the stars and lips.

I hope all you lovely people who pre-ordered these super new stamps,

Hi there,

they are ready to pre-order now, and will be dispatched on February 13th,
so....... today I am going to share a card made using
the awesome Curious Cats set.

I used Brusho's in Black and Gamboge, spritzing the card with water first, the a gentle sprinkle of the Brusho's. I then stamped the beautiful Cat's face stamp with Versamark, added the Wow Black Glint Embossing Powder, and heat set it.

I used household bleach to whiten the eyes and the nose, then coloured them with Blue and Gamboge for the eye's, and Gamboge for the nose.
I then stamped the sentiment, again with Versamark, masking off some of the letters, to get the Purr bit, and heat embossed using White EP.
