Visible Image Stamps in Creative Stamping Magazine.

Hello......

I'm a little bit excited today, as two of my cards have been showcased in the 'Creative Stamping Magazine',
using just a few of the fabulous, deep etched,
 that are available to buy.

I have never seen my name or piccy in print before, gosh,
upward and onward to infinity and beyond, as Buzz would say, lol !!!!!!

I'm afraid the photo's produced in the magazine, look very washed out, so don't show all the detail, so I have added my own photo's too, for comparison.

I hope you can read the recipe of how I made these cards, please don't take too much notice of the time's they decided the cards take to make, I did'nt make them that quickly, lol !!!!

The Visible Image stamps I used.......

I hope you've had a look at the Visible Image Challenge, a chance to win £20 worth of stamps. Only a week left to enter, please pop over and take a look, read the rules and see the DT inspiration HERE.

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, Promarkers.

Hi crafty friends,
Just a quick post, I was lucky enough for the postie to deliver the newest stamp that Visible Image Stamps has added to their family.

He is called 'Harley'
and of course I had to get him inked as soon as I could !!!

He comes with a few fabulous extras, including a sentiment, so I was able to make some mini playing cards too. I decided to decoupage 'Harley', to make his bells etc. really stand out.
Hes was coloured in Promarkers, and all other ink was Distress inks.
I also used the 'Grunge Harlequin' background stamp, which is also new.

I hope you like him, do check out all the other stamps available HERE,
and don't forget to enter the January Challenge HERE.

Thank you for popping by, see you again soon,
Hugs Pauline xxxx

Visible Image Stamps, Adirondack inks, Wow Embossing powder.

Hi there crafty friends,

My share this week using Visible Image Stamps
is a simple card, with a quite a big impact.

The stamps I used are....
with a sentiment from the fabulous Chandelier set.

The card is self explanatory really, I stamped the Ink splats using Adirondack inks, and then heat embossed with Wow clear embossing powder, the sentiment was done in exactly the same way.

I think the sentiment is quite apt, and the finished card is very versatile,
it can be sent to anyone, for any occasion.

I hope you've thought about entering this month's Visible Image Challenge, the theme is 'Anything Goes', you must use at least one Visible Image stamp, not a difficult task, and you could win £20 to spend on new stamps, have a look at the DT inspiration, and other entries HERE

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, Cosmic Shimmer Embossing Powder, Wow Embossing Powder, Glossy Accents, Stickles.

Hi Crafty friends and followers,
a very Happy 2014 to all you lovely people

I've had a couple of weeks off from blogging my Visible Image creations,
but I am back, sharing my inspiration for the first Challenge of 2014,
the theme is 'Anything Goes', the prize is £20 to spend on Visible Image goodies, so pop over to the Visible Image Blog, read the rules and
 get cracking.

I have made two cards both 6"x 6".

The Visible Image stamps I've used are

I stamped the length of wood across the card, and went over it with my distress tool, then stamped the roller paint with Versamark, heat embossed using Cosmic Shimmer 'Coral Glow Aurora' powder, added the paint blots using distress ink and Glossy Accents.
On a different piece of card, I stamped the brush, roller and pot, adding the 'Paint the Town Red' to the label, I also added some 'Woodware Fun Foil' to some area's to look metallic, fussy cut them all out, shaped them then attached them to the card, lastly I stamped the sentiment at the top.

Card 2 was created in the same way, except I made a piece of card to protrude at the front, using 'Wow Pink Fizz' embossing powder to give the rolled paint effect. I went over the Zebra Background with a Gold 'Wink of Stella' pen, and used Stickles over the Celebrate, for some added girly sparkle.

Take a look also at the 'Visible Image' Facebook group, where stampers can showcase their own creations using Visible Image Stamps, share news and ask questions HERE.

Thank you so much for visiting, please leave me a comment, I don't always reply, but I do always read them.

The Trumpet Fairy, was from a Lavinia set from QVC, as was the Scene Scape used for the background.

My second card is 6" x 8", and again uses a Sweet Poppy Stencil, designed by Tracey Dutton of Lavinia Stamps, but this time I coloured through the stencil with Distress inks, then used Translucent Paste and Micro beads.

I created the background using Distress inks, and loads of Stickles !!!

The last card is 6"x 6".

The Stamps used are.....
