Dylusion Inks, Dyan Reaveley stamps, Tim Holtz stamps, Distress inks, Stampendous Frantage embossing powders on Tags.

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend, the weather was superb here in Warwick. I did manage to do some crafting, and I seem to have a new obsession of making tags, lol.

The first tag had Dylusion Inks on the background, stamped with a sentiment, and a post mark by Tim Holtz , a stamped and layered Dyan Reaveley lady, which was coloured with Disress inks. The finished tag was sprinkled with Stampendous Frantage embossing powders in various colours.

The second tag again had a background of Dylusion Ink Sprays, stamped with Tim Holtz stamps, and coloured with Distress inks.

The gorgeous bird was stamped, coloured and then layered. Of course I did have to use some Stickles on both of these tags, well it would be rude not to eh......!!!

The last tag for today, was made with men in mind, making it with a bit of grunge, lol. I tried to make the off white ribbon look like laces, by twisting the ends with glue.

Glossy accents and a Posca white pen came in handy too.

I hope you like my tags, I had a heap of fun making them.

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and please leave me a comment, I love reading them, even if I don't reply to all of them.

Till next time,
Hugs,
Pauline

Visible image May Challenge, 'Brighten Your Day' 3rd entry !!

Evening Friends,
and a big Thank you and Welcome to my new Followers.

I have been playing with my fab Visible Image stamps , again, and have made a psychedelic tag, my 3rd entry into their May Challenge, 'Brighten your day'.
You can see all the entries, or even better still, enter yourself,
 HERE.

I would wear your dark glasses, to view these piccies, hehehehe !!!

I used my Dylusion sprays for the background, stamped the butterfly all over, stamped the swirl in opposite corners and heat embossed with pale blue frantage embossing powder.

The vintage car was then given the pink treatment, with some Wow embossing powder, cut out, shaped and raised onto the tag, with Pinflair gel.

The butterfly was stamped in Picked Raspberry Distress ink, and painted with Lime Dylusions, and stickles, and again shaped and raised with gel.

I added a sentiment, then punched some flowers out of card that had been Dylusioned, and stickled the centers, you might notice that the stickles is still wet, as I couldn't wait, lol !!!

I enjoyed making this 60's inspired tag, and I hope it's not too bright for you, lol.

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and thank you for the wonderful comments you leave.

See you soon.
Hugs,
Pauline

And added mica powder to the ink splats.....

Distress inks, Tim Holtz Stamps & Embossing folder, Wow embossing powder & Treasure Gold on a 40th Birthday Card.

Hi there fellow bloggers, friends and welcome to my new followers,

Today's share is a man's 40th Birthday card.

I coloured some white card with distress inks, put it in a Tim Holtz embossing folder through my Big Shot, then swiped it with Treasure Gold wax.
I decided that the background was too nice to cover with images, so I stamped onto Acetate, and floated it over the background.
I made ribbons out of pieces of card sprayed with Dylusion inks, and stamped and heat embossed the tickets.
The name and age were from a Tim Holtz Die. Everything was put together on an 8"x 8" Kraft card.

Thank you for taking the time to visit, a comment would be fab,

Till next time,
Hugs,
Pauline

Lavinia Stamps Challenge - 3 - Pastel Colours - my DT Projects

Hello again friends, fellow blogee's and New followers,

It's the 1st of the month, that means, there's a new challenge for you to enter over at Lavinia Stamps, this one is entitled,
Challenge 3 Pastel Colours.

For your chance to win a fabby prize of a £40 voucher, read the rules, have some fun, get stamping, and enter 'HERE'.

Below are the three projects I had fun creating.

This is a 6"x 6" card, stamped in Memento 'London Fog', then I stamped and coloured another piece of card and cut it out with a spellbinder oval die, and  mounted the image on top.

I used distress inks, a Posca white pen and stickles,
and the stamps I used were, 'Nigela Damacena' and 'Butterflies'.

This is a tag, coloured again with distress inks, and stamped with, 'Fairy Couple', 'Creeping Vine', 'Fairy House' and the sentiment was taken from 'Fairy dust is like love it.......'. I used lots of stickles to get a magical look.

I love this image, it seems so happy. Again I used distress inks on this 6"x 6" card, coloured the image with promarkers, and of course used stickles, lol.
The stamps used here are, 'Hop Skip and Jump', 'Willow', 'Miniature Toadstall', 'Bluebell', and 'Miniature flowers'. The sentiment was from my stash.

All the stamps can be viewed 'HERE'.

Hope to see your creations in the Challenge,

Thank you for popping by, and I hope I've given you a little inspiration, please leave me a comment, if you have time.

Hugs,
Pauline,
