Visible Image Stamps, Distress Inks, White Gesso, Wow Embossing Powder, Crackle Accents and Stickles.

Hi again,

It's Fabulous Friday, so my day to share some Visible Image Love. It's an exciting day tomorrow 28th January, because all the new stamp designs can be pre-ordered, check them out HERE.

This week, I used these stamp sets on my project.........

.

I stamped the skull onto a piece of white card, using Versamark, and heat embossed it with Black Powder, then masked it using Drawing gum.
I blended Distress inks over the whole card, (Salty Ocean, Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed), this combination was a little too vivid on this occasion, so I toned it down with a gesso wash (white gesso and water).
When it was dry, I stamped the Ink Splats randomly, using Mustard Seed then Picked Raspberry, I also edged the card using Blueprint sketch.
I stamped the stem (from the Imperfection is beauty set), around the edges, again using Blueprint sketch, and stamped the sentiment with Black Versafine.
I then removed the drawing gum.

I used Crackle Accents on the skull, just in the white areas, and left to dry.
I made three flowers, with the sideways facing skulls, stamping onto copy paper using a Kaleidercolor ink pad, I shaped the 'petals' with a ball tool, then glued the 'petals' together at the narrow end, added a black gem to the centre's, and covered them with Black Stickles, I also used some Stardust Stickles around the edges of the finished flowers.
I thought that was it, but on the spur of the moment, I added a skeleton to the right of the image, stamped in Antique Linen Distress Ink, and highlighted with a white pen, and half a skeleton to the left. There finished !!!!

Visible Image Stamps, Brusho's, Wow Embossing Powders, Imagination Crafts Sparkle Gel & Stickles.

Hello again,

It's Fabulous Friday, and I'm here to share a creation I've made, using some fantastic Visible Image Stamps.

The stamps I used are......

I started with some white Water colour card, and sprinkled various colours of Brusho's randomly on to it, then spritzed with water ( the more water you add, the more the colours will run into each other, and the paler they become). I dried it with my heat tool, (Brusho's become permanent when dry) I then repeated the application.
When it was dry, I stamped the two figures in the foreground, using Versamark, and heat embossed them using Black Glint Embossing powder. I then made masks out of a couple of post-it notes, and covered the figures, so's I could stamp the Drummer behind them, he was heat embossed using Black powder.

Whilst the masks were still in place, I put a stencil on top, and added some Diamond Sparkle Medium through it, using a palette knife, this looks like laser lights on the stage.
Using some silver paint and a white pen, I added all the highlights to the 'Band', to give them some perspective. The sentiment was added using Versamark and some Red Glitter Embossing Powder.
To finish off, I 'grounded' the Band, using some red Distress Ink, stamped some little stars in Black Versafine, and then added Stardust Stickles wherever I fancied !!!!!

Visible Image Stamps, Distress inks, Lindy's Stamp Gang Embossing Powders, & Stickles.

Hellooooo,
It's Fabulous Friday, and my day to share a project I've created, using some of the awesome Visible Image stamps, that are available.

The stamps I've used on this card are......
The flowers : large and medium sizes of  Flowers shapes from..... Visometry,
The stamps on the background, and at the bottom are from..... De-Stressed,
again on the background I used some..... Ink Splats,
the sentiment is from..... Imagne, Dream, Inspire,
and the butterfly is from Own kind of Beautiful.

For the background, I put some Picked Raspberry & Wilted Violet distress inks onto a glass mat, spritzed them with water, and squidged my card into them, I did this 2 or 3 times, drying the card in-between to stop it going muddy. when this was all dry, with my distress tool, I added a touch of Squeezed lemonade DI to the edges, and a bit in the middle. Next, I stamped using the dots and Mustard Seed DI, and some of the ink splats using purple Starlight paint.

On a piece of black card, I stamped all the flowers, (6 small 1 large) using Versamark, and then heat embossed using Pink and Purple EP from Lindy's Stamp Gang. I fussy cut them out and thn decided to add a white medium flower to the centre of the large one.
I also added some Stardust Stickles to the flowers.

I stamped the Butterfly again using Versamark, and heat embossed it using a Back EP, coloured it using Distress inks, and fussy cut it.
The stems of the flowers are drawn using a Yellow Sharpie pen.

Happy New Year,

It's the 1st of January 2017, and the Lavinia Creative Challenge has started, the theme for January is 'Starry Night Sky', and a chance to win a whopping £40 Lavinia voucher, can be won if you enter.

Here are my two DT samples, hopefully they will help to inspire you.

The stamps used on this card are.....
the top of-Autumn Tree, and the top of-Spring Trees

The Moon Fairy was stamped onto white card, and masked, then Distress ink's were blended all over, for the background.
I stamped the stars using Versamark, and heat embossed, using silver, white and black Embossing powders.
I stamped the Fairy again onto a separate piece of card, coloured the wings and hair using Distress inks, and fussy cut, I added it to the card using 3D glue gel to give extra dimension, and Stickles for that bit of bling !!

The stamps and inks used on this card are.....

Alcohol Inks background, dripped onto Yupo Paper, and I used Pebeo Dina paints as ground at the bottom.
I stamped the Moon onto white paper, stamping it three times, using a different colour Distress ink each time, fussy cut it and glued it onto the yupo background. The images were all stamped with Versamark, onto heat resistant acetate, and heat embossed using black EP, the tree was heat embossed using white EP. I fussy cut them all, and highlighted them with a white pen.
On the back of them, I used acryic paint to colour them. I added them to the yupo background using 3D glue gel. I also used glitter and Stickles for the starts in the sky, but the photo does'nt show them !!
